If social innovation is a journey, the infographic below attempts to map out a path and help define a process in broad brushstrokes. It resembles a design approach to identifying a problem, listening/empathizing with those impacted by it, brainstorming & prototyping, and evaluating.What is interesting about the infographic is that it doesn’t define a flow.
